All contents are the exclusive property of Duha Amanah VZW or third parties who have authorized the VZW to use them. Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation, adaptation, publication, or distribution of all or part of the contents of this site, by any process or medium, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Duha Amanah VZW. Unauthorized use constitutes trademark and copyright infringement, which may trigger civil and criminal liabilities.
4. Limitation of Liability
Duha Amanah VZW takes the utmost care to update the information published on this website. However, the information is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis for general guidance. The association cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in updates, whether caused by its own actions or by third-party partners providing the data.
The VZW shall not be held liable for any service interruptions, technical bugs, website unavailability, or temporary damage caused to the user's computer equipment while accessing the site.

This website contains hyperlinks to external third-party websites. Duha Amanah VZW exercises no editorial, technical, or operational control over these websites and declines all responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or commercial practices. 6. Online Donation Processing
Online donations made on the Duha Amanah VZW website (see the donation form) are processed and secured by the authorized payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). The VZW does not collect, process, or store any confidential banking details (card numbers, security codes, etc.) on its own servers.
Financial details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe via secure PCI-DSS compliant protocols.
The VZW declines all liability in the event of technical malfunction, payment service unavailability, transaction failure, third-party credit card fraud, or security breaches occurring on the systems of these payment service providers. By making a donation, the donor agrees to comply with the terms of service of the relevant payment processor.
7. Tax Certificates and Donor Data Accuracy
In accordance with Belgian tax legislation (Article 145/1 of the Income Tax Code - CIR 92), donations of a cumulative annual amount of at least €40 may be eligible for tax reduction, subject to an approval from the Belgian Federal Public Service Finance. As of today, Duha Amanah VZW does not yet hold this approval: no tax certificate can be issued until it is obtained and confirmed. This page will be updated once the situation changes.
Until this approval is obtained, the VZW does not ask for your national register number when you donate online. If the approval is obtained, the law (since January 1, 2024) will require collecting the national register number (individuals) or the business number (legal entities) to issue the 281.71 tax certificate: the donation form and this page will then be updated.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Duha Amanah VZW is deeply committed to protecting the privacy of its website users and donors. The processing of personal data collected on this site complies strictly with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy legislation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
