6. Online Donation Processing
Online donations made on the Duha Amanah ASBL website are processed and secured by authorized third-party payment service providers (such as Mollie, Stripe, or PayPal). Financial details are encrypted and transmitted directly to the selected payment processor via secure PCI-DSS compliant protocols.

7. Tax Certificates and Donor Data Accuracy
In accordance with Belgian tax legislation (Article 145/1 of the Income Tax Code - CIR 92), donations of a cumulative annual amount of at least €40 are eligible for tax reduction, subject to applicable approvals.
Under Belgian regulations effective since January 1, 2024, to validly issue the tax certificate (form 281.71) enabling this deduction, the ASBL is legally required to collect the **National Register Number (NRN)** for individuals residing in Belgium, or the **business number (BCE)** for corporate entities.
The donor is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (first name, last name, address, national register or business number). The ASBL declines all liability if the tax certificate cannot be generated or validated by the Belgian tax authorities due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the donor during the transaction.
